Empathy, ideation, prototyping and collaboration are at the core of our approach to experience design.

Workshops

Collaboration is at the heart of our design process, ensuring a clear vision of product success is maintained. We begin each project with a Context Session, where all of the project team members come together to clarify & define the brief, map objectives and establish clear methods of communication.

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to align all stakeholders on project objectives, key audiences, publishing workflows, technical requirements and timeframes.We then follow up with additional technical discovery workshop(s) to map all of the required integrations and technical considerations in detail.

Research

We move at pace to discover and define insights that reduce risk and deliver value.Our approach to research is to unearth and understand enough data to enable our team to move forward, at pace, into an informed ideation and prototyping phase. We favour interviews and small group workshops with end users and 'coal face' teams who interact with target audiences on a daily basis.

Ideation & Prototyping

We visualise ideas. Fast. Prototyping enables rapid feedback and iterative development. Once we have our research-led insights, our UX & design team will ideate a number of potential approaches and solutions. These are assessed against the user journeys and audience value propositions, ensuing that only the most valuable/effective ideas are progressed to prototyping. Prototypes are developed as high-fidelity clickable wireframes that can be easily distributed for user testing.

Design

Our UI designers love creating beautiful, elegant interfaces that scale perfectly across multiple devices. Our designers will create a series of key concepts that will be collaboratively reviewed and amended with the your team. We design with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and native componentry in mind, ensuring interfaces deliver an elegant, intuitive experience across all devices.
